Shipping Policy
What happens when you place an order?
As soon as we receive your order, we will check. for the payment mode. All prepaid orders placed within our Office hours ( Monday to Saturday between 10.30 am and 5 pm) will be dispatched the same day. For all Cash On Delivery orders, our Customer Care executive will get in touch with you to confirm the order, address and availability of the customer to arrange for dispatch. All Cash On Delivery orders will be dispatched only after oral confirmation from the customer as availability of the customer is very important for delivery agents to reach you. Unanswered/ unresponsive orders will be intimated via SMS, WhatsApp and email. If no response is received, the order will be cancelled after 3 working days.
Once the confirmation is done, we will intimate the concerned weaver (we have multiple units in South Tamilnadu) about the ordered item. Normally, the weaver will send the product to our site office the same day and it will be dispatched to you the next day. However, sometimes the weaver may still be in the process of finishing his work and may request some time to deliver the product to our office. In this case we will intimate to you the approximate day when it will be shipped.
If the customers have any specific requests like, delivery time, gift packing or any other, please contact our customer care after placing the order (within 2 hours) or can leave the instructions under “Customer Note” space given while placing your order.
When will you receive your order?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our domestic warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the current COVID-19 Lockdown situation, kindly allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, this is only an estimated time.
Why is your order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from our different weavers warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! However, we always send you the tracking info as soon as your order is shipped.
What happens if your order gets stuck or lost in the transit?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck or sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
