What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-10 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at support@knotnthreads.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 2 days from the day of your order delivery to raise your grievance. A continuous Opening video is a must, the video should contain right from opening the package with our label on it till showing the damage or defect clearly shown in the video. Once you mail us the details, give us 2-3 business days to respond. Once we accept your request, you must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will get in touch with you. Please Include all details like name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund or exchange process to go through.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty for Cash On Delivery orders. However for Pre-paid orders, as transaction fee is levied by the payment gateway, the transaction fee will be deducted in case of refund. Transaction fee will be informed to you when you approach us during cancellation. You must cancel your order before it ships.(Timeframe of 12 hours) If the item is already sent please contact us to proceed further.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelt or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@knotnthreads.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 12 hours or before dispatch is done ( which ever is done first) No refund will be given after the 12 hours of incorrect submission.
